Home Delivery Policy

We provide our own home delivery service in Dhaka, Rajshahi cities. The delivery charge for this service is only 60 BDT. For multi-story buildings, delivery is available up to the second floor for any weight of the product. However, for deliveries above the second floor, up to 15 kg of goods will be covered under the standard delivery charge. For additional weight, an extra charge of 10 BDT per 5 kg will apply. If the building has a lift and the product can be transported using it, no extra charge will be applicable.

Courier Delivery Policy

In areas where our own home delivery service is not available, we deliver products through courier services. The conditions for courier delivery are as follows:

Steadfast Courier

✅ Home delivery is available anywhere in the country via Steadfast Courier.
✅ For parcels up to 4 kg, the courier charge is 160 BDT; for each additional kg, an extra charge of 20 BDT applies.
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide. However, a minimum courier charge of 160 BDT must be paid in advance.
✅ Delivery may take 2-3 days after parcel booking.
✅ Perishable items cannot be sent via courier.

Sundarban Courier

Besides Steadfast, we also book shipments through Sundarban and AJR Courier. However, these couriers do not provide home delivery or delivery at the sub-district level.

✅ The full payment, including the courier charge, must be made in advance via Bkash, Nagad, or card payment.
✅ The minimum courier charge is 160 BDT, but the cost may increase depending on the product’s weight and quantity.
✅ The courier charge for a 25 kg rice sack is 200 BDT, and for 5 liters of oil, it is 150 BDT. These items will only be delivered to district branch offices. If other products are added to these, an extra 140 BDT will be charged. If the quantity is large, the charge may increase further.
✅ Glass jar products cannot be booked for delivery.
✅ Perishable items cannot be sent via courier.
✅ Delivery may take 2-3 days after parcel booking.
