১. পণ্য ক্রয়

আমাদের সকল পণ্য ASTHA Agro Food নাম ও লোগোসহ বাজারজাত করা হয়।

আপনি আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, ফেসবুক পেজ বা অনুমোদিত বিক্রয়কেন্দ্র থেকে পণ্য ক্রয় করতে পারেন।

অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার আগে আমাদের প্রতিনিধি ফোন বা মেসেজের মাধ্যমে যোগাযোগ করবে।

 

২. মূল্য ও পরিশোধ

প্রতিটি পণ্যের মূল্য ওজন অনুযায়ী স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ থাকে।

অনলাইন ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট করা যায়—

  • ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD)
  • বিকাশ / নগদ / রকেট এর মাধ্যমে।

ব্যবসার ধরন: প্রিমিয়াম মানের খাদ্য উৎপাদন ও বিক্রয়

পণ্যের মূল্য, অফার বা ছাড় পরিবর্তনের অধিকার প্রতিষ্ঠান সংরক্ষণ করে।

 

৩. ডেলিভারি নীতি

অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর সাধারণত ২–৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি প্রদান করা হয়।

সারাদেশে বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়া হয়।

প্রয়োজনে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হতে পারে।

 

৪. রিটার্ন ও পরিবর্তন নীতি

ভুল বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য পেলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।

কেবলমাত্র অব্যবহৃত ও অক্ষত পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া হবে।

ফেরত বা পরিবর্তনের সিদ্ধান্ত প্রতিষ্ঠানের যাচাই শেষে গৃহীত হবে।
